Extraction unit and filter systems for heat treatment shop

Gathering resulting dusts and smoke from thermal processes (e.g. salt bath- crucible furnace) takes place using a ring nozzle extraction. The ring nozzle is hereby calculated and constructed according to fluidic laws.

The extracted dusts and smokes are then fed into a filter system, whereby even very large distances of travel to the filter are no problem. It is thus possible to create almost smoke-free surroundings.
