Single component Foil cutter

Waste disposal with System – The FS series foil cutter Deltoid Foil cutter

Deltoid Foil cutter FS

The modular Deltoid Foil cutter from the FS series provides maximum cost-efficiency and operational safety thanks to its convincing performance characteristics.

The innovative rotor connection, the optimized power transfer, and the use of highest quality hard metal knifes make the foil cutter stable for demanding permanent operation.

The cross-sectional geometry of the foil cutter was optimized in such a fashion that hardly any pressure loss occurs, thereby avoiding malfunctions.

With the Deltoid Foil cutter you are placing your trust and tried and tested system technology that can easily be integrated into modular system concepts.

Made in Germany! The high reliability and flexibility with regards to the materials handled, combined with the possibility of crushing the foil edge strip “online” directly in the pipe, make the FS series foil cutter a flexible instrument for the system construction.

Deltoid system technology for maximum cost-efficiency and operational safety

  • Made in Germany
  • Robust and reliable
  • High stand times of the cutter in permanent operation

Functionality

The construction

The both-sided stored hollow rotor and the power transfer through long-life fan belt guarantee high operational safety.

Drive

V-belt drive and/or frequency regulator make different rotation speeds possible.

The optimised cross-sectional geometry of the facility

Large dimensioned cross-sections ensure there is only minimal pressure loss.

The cutting

The facilities separate the material to be cut using the shear type cutting method, using different speeds and also reliably cut very thin foils cutter.

Application possibilities

The FS 200/FS 300 series foil / film cutter cut almost all materials:

  • paper, cardboard
  • Concealed materials
  • Aluminium foil
  • Plastic foil, glass fibre, rubber
  • Textiles
  • Wood veneers and many more materials
Work and operational safety
  • Optimisation for handling
  • Reduction of the manual workload
  • Avoidance of high setup times
  • Reduction of maintenance work
