Waste disposal with system – channel diverter valve for material discharge

The Deltoid Channel diverter valve is specially designed for material discharge and is used in connection with material separators systems to discharge production waster in different waste fractions. The deflection angle is set up specifically in accordance with the respective use, in order to guarantee a trouble-free material flow. Switching the diverter valves can be carried out either with an electro-mechanical, electro-pneumatic or manual drive. The sealing of the closed fall shaft, depending on the use, is a special sealing in the flap body. Built-in switch ensure the correct position of the flap setting and monitor the material discharge.

The Deltoid Channel diverter valve is specially manufactured for the specific use and is available in various measurement and versions (e.g. two or three-way diverting). For very abrasive materials, the diverter valves are available in a wear-resistant version. For the use of extremely adhesive materials, an optional non-stick coating can be applied.
